Pacific Northwest Photo Contest — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older. By entering, participants confirm they are the rightful owner of the submitted photo and that the submitted photos do not infringe on any copyright laws. Entrants must own all rights to the photos they submit.

Submission Guidelines

  • Entries must be original photos taken in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or British Columbia).

  • Photos must not contain nudity, hate, or copyrighted material without permission.

  • By submitting, participants grant This Pacific Northwest a royalty-free license to use their photos on the website or in promotional materials (with credit).

  • Photo credit is allowed on photos.

  • No late submissions will be accepted. Any late submission will be disqualified.

Voting

  • Public voting will run from each contest's start date to the end date listed on the contest.

  • Each person may vote once per day (unless otherwise specified).

  • Any manipulation of votes (fake accounts, bots, etc.) will lead to disqualification.

Winner & Prize

  • The photo with the most verified votes at the end of the voting period will win.

  • Prize: (e.g., “$50 Visa gift card,” “PNW Gift Box,” “Discount Card,” or other prizes as well as sponsor-given gifts)

  • The winner will be announced and contacted on the This Pacific Northwest website within 7 days following the closing date of the contest.

Additional Rules

  • This Pacific Northwest reserves the right to remove any entry that violates the rules or community standards.

  • Entries may be featured in future posts, newsletters, or promotional items with photo credit.

Legal Stuff

  • Void where prohibited.

  • By entering, participants release This Pacific Northwest from all liability related to the contest.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
