3 Of The Best Places To See Those Beautiful Fall Colors Of The Pacific Northwest

It's that time of the year again when mother nature shows us her dazzling fall colors. There are so many places in the Pacific Northwest to take in all the beauty fall has to offer. Unfortunately I cant list them all so Im bringing you three.

Columbia River Gorge

In Late September through October a drive along the the Historic Columbia River Highway provides you with an abundance of beauty not only in fall because the fall foliage but year round as well. On this drive there is Crown Point Vista House being the place to get a birds eye view of the Columbia River and all the fall colors it displays. There are also multiple waterfalls along the Historic Columbia River Highway with Multnomah Falls being the most popular and a great place to visit during fall when fall foliage puts on a dazzling show.

Buchart Gardens

located in Brentwood Bay British Columbia Canada, Buchart Gardens has over a million visitors a year and boasts the beautiful orange, red and gold colors of fall. From their Japanese Maples to their stunning fall floral displays that also include pumpkins, squash and gourds this garden is radiating with beautiful fall colors that come from Japanese Maples, chrysanthemums, coneflowers, beautyberry, dahlia, glorybower and much more.

Leavenworth Washington

Leavenworth is a Bavarian style village in the Cascade Mountains surrounded by picturesque clear lakes and rivers that puts on an inviting show of radiant reds, oranges and yellows. Some of the best place's to see the beauty of fall in Leavenworth would be Lake Wenatchee, Tumwater Canyon, Waterfront Park and Apple Capital Loop Trail. To add to the fall vibe and to celebrate the changing of the season Leavenworth also has the Leavenworth Autumn Leaf Festival which offers live music, food and fall themed activities for families.
